Mueller Center Talk Without Borders Thrift Store

Freshman Convocation – Class of 2030

Date: Wednesday, August 26, 2026 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Freshman Convocation officially welcomes Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's incoming first-year students to the campus community. Held just before the start of classes, the ceremony features remarks from Institute leadership, a keynote address, and a welcome from the Grand Marshal, celebrating the beginning of each student's academic journey. An ice cream dessert reception follows the ceremony.

New at RPI Libraries: Tech & Textile Research Tools

RPI Libraries is pleased to announce access to two newly added research tools:
O’Reilly for Higher Education – A robust collection of ebooks, videos, audiobooks, and curated expert playlists spanning technology and business fields, including programming, cybersecurity, project management, communications, and presentation skills.
Textile Technology Complete – A full-text database covering the scientific and technological dimensions of textile production and processing.

Electrochemistry Workshop for RPI Community -- Updated Dates Aug 18-19, 2026
