The Rensselaer men's lacrosse program has added Joe Cillo as an assistant coach. Cillo will concentrate on directing the team's defense, while also handling a variety of responsibilities under the tutelage of head coach Scott Hackett-Dalgliesh.
United Soccer Coaches has announced its College Team Academic Award recipients for the 2022-23 academic year, and the Rensselaer women's squad is included among those being recognized. The Engineers, who are led by head coach Bre Nasypany-Cicero, are one of 502 women's teams to have earned the distinction.
The Rensselaer Women's Basketball program and head coach John Greene have announced an upcoming elite camp which will be held on Saturday, September 9 from 4:00PM to 9:00PM at the ECAV Arena. The camp will consist of high school recruits from the Classes of 2024 through 2027.

Civil engineering master's student Abbie Snyder describes what she experienced abroad as part of Rensselaer's Bedford Program, which consists of two courses (one seminar and one studio) that pair up architecture and structural engineering students for various design projects. After completing the courses, students are invited to apply for the end-of-year Bedford Traveling Workshop, which is designed to showcase feats of architect and engineer collaboration around the world.
