In this curator's tour, Amadeus Julian Regucera discusses the acoustic and visual potential of each venue for the making of complex artworks, with stories from recent productions. Open to the public at no cost. Meet in the Main Lobby.

Each one is hosted by an EMPAC staff member with a different area of expertise—so whether you attend one or all this season, there’s always something new to learn and discover. Join us! EMPAC Tours are offered at no cost and begin in the Main Lobby. Please register in advance and plan to arrive 15 minutes before tour start time.

Retrospective: Tara Rodgers carries listeners through deeply felt sonic energy

Date: Friday, March 14, 2025 6:00 PM - Tara Rodgers produces a concert of selected works from the past 25 years, diffused in an immersive 4.1 sound system. Join us and thrill in her deeply connected soundscapes that embody joy, transcendence, and positivity—from generative computer music written in SuperCollider, to electroacoustic compositions featuring piano improvisation, to pulsing ambient and techno tracks. After the concert, DJ Rekha Malhotra and Stephanie Loveless lead a conversation and Q&A with the artist.

Retrospective
