Computer Science Colloquia: Justin Hsu - From Discrete to Continuous: Programming Languages for Time and Space | Oct. 27

His research focuses on formal verification of probabilistic programs and quantitative programs. His work has been recognized by the EATCS Presburger Award, a Royal Society Wolfson Visiting Fellowship, a NSF CAREER award, a SIGPLAN John C. Reynolds Doctoral Dissertation award, distinguished paper awards from POPL and CAV, and industrial awards from Facebook.

RPI Sweeps Oneonta in Home Opener

TROY, NY - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's swimming and diving team delivered a commanding performance at Robison Pool this afternoon, defeating SUNY Oneonta 182–71 in the team's home opener. The Engineers swept all 16 events and saw standout performances across the board, including multiple collegiate-first wins and an NCAA qualifying standard on the diving board.
