Undergraduate Research Symposium - Poster Prep Night | April 14

Date: Monday, April 14, 2025 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - TriBeta Biology Honors Society is hosting a presentation night for students on April 14 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM! This informal event is a great opportunity to receive peer feedback on your presentations, all undergrads are welcome to present their research. This event isn’t limited to just research... if you have any course projects/slide presentations that you think are interesting, we would love to see those as well! Your feedback is very important to the Institute, the five schools, and their departments, so please complete evaluation surveys for all your courses! Spring Graduate Lunch and Learn Series- Post-degree work authorizations | April 9 (Registration Required)

Date: Wednesday, April 9, 2025 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM - Join International Services and speakers from NZP Law Group to learn about post-degree work on Optional Practical Training (OPT) and STEM OPT, & immigration options after the F-1 visa. ISSS will provide information about OPT and STEM OPT and NPZ will share the options to consider beyond the F-1 visa. Seating is limited. Lunch will be served from 12-12:30.REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

ASCE chapter meeting with DOT

Student Food Pantry Open to all students

NSF GRFP Virtual Bootcamp begins April 7th

Date: Monday, April 7, 2025 (all day) - Complete online modules at your own pace. Develop strong application materials for this 3 year fellowship which provides salary and tuition for graduate school. Fall 2025 seniors, 1st and 2nd year grad students in STEM fields that do not already hold a graduate degree are eligible. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
