RPI Student Film Festival: Submit Your Film!

The RPI Student Film Festival is back for its fifth annual celebration of student creativity, presented by UPAC Cinema and the Arts Department. This festival provides university-level filmmakers a platform to exhibit their work, bridging cinematic production with critical social, scientific, and intellectual discourse. We are now seeking short film submissions from student creators. Deadline for Entry: March 31, 2026

NYS Assembly Internship Info Session

We’re excited to announce that a representative from the New York State Assembly will be visiting campus. Undergraduate and Graduate students are invited to stop by, meet our guest, and learn more about their work serving communities across New York State. The NYS Assembly Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to gain real‑world experience in legislative offices. Stop by on March 17 from 4-5pm in Sage 4304.

Success Center Tabling at the Union Every Wednesday

Meet your tutors every Wednesday, 12–2 PM in the Union. Stop by the Student Success Center table to meet our tutors, grab a Puck Cookie, and book a session on the spot. We offer Drop-In Tutoring at three locations (Success Center, ECAV, and Nason), Small Group Tutoring for upper-level courses, and One-to-One Tutoring, new this semester. No appointment needed to say hi. Come find us!

Etiquette Luncheon (RSVP required)

Date: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM - Gain confidence in a professional dining setting through this low pressure etiquette luncheon. Connect with campus and community partners during a networking session followed by a seated lunch and guided presentation from Center for Career and Professional Development, Access & Neurodiverse Student Success, and 1824 Catering. Date: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM - Are you interested in opportunities to pursue graduate studies? Join us for a slice of pizza and a chance to hear about the different master’s degrees that the School of Architecture offers at one of the upcoming information sessions. We’ll talk about the benefits of co-terminal programs and the professional benefits of graduating with a master’s degree. Interested students are encouraged to attend. The co-terminal application deadline is March 15th. Non-Arch students welcome as well!

Success Lab: Building Resilience II

Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2026 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Building resilience is a critical strategy in developing a self that is able to tolerate adversity and succeed in difficult situations. While many people can persist when things are easy or enjoyable, being resilient means having the ability to manage distress and to bounce back in difficult situations or environments. This important skill is not something you learn from a book, but from managing the experiences of life.
