Grant Application for Clubs & Organizations

Date: Monday, March 31, 2025 (all day) - The 50 Year Club is a group of alumni who graduated from RPI 50+ years ago. They are constantly looking for ways to support students and their activities. To further this goal, the 50 Year Club is opening applications for student clubs and organizations to apply for a small grant. Apartment Hunting Workshop | March 26

Date: Wednesday, March 26, 2025 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Red & White invites Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students to come learn about apartment hunting in a new city from local realtor Kareem Jandall! The event will be held on Wednesday, March 26th from 2-3pm in the Heffner Alumni House Great Hall Kareem is the President for the Women's Council of Realtors, owns her own real estate business, and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist.

RPIrates Monthly Meeting: "Ready for Prime Time: How to Deploy Shiny Apps!" | March 12

Wednesday, March 12, 6:00pm in AE217.  Topic will be "Ready for Prime Time: How to Deploy Shiny Apps!" led by Dr. John Erickson, Director of Research Operations for the Future of Computing Institute (FOCI) at Rensselaer and Chief Instigator of RPIrates. In this session we'll review coding Shiny apps in R and Python, how to test apps internally on the FOCI Cluster, and how to robustly deploy with Docker and ShinyProxy.

Student Living and Learning is looking for applicants to join their Arch 2025 and Fall 2025 staff, so apply between now and January 31, 2025 to join their team of leaders on campus and help create a community in your residence hall!
