Dr. Leslie Lawrence recently announced that Kevin Readdean, Ph.D., LMHC has been appointed as the Director of the Counseling Center, effective February 16, 2023. Dr. Readdean joined Rensselaer in July 2007 as Associate Director of Student Health Services, where he oversaw administrative and health promotion functions. He also served as Interim Director of Counseling during the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 semesters, and again since October 2022; during these time periods, he has streamlined student access to counseling services and led the staff's pivot to tele-therapy services during the pandemic.
