TROY, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) baseball team saw their season come to a close on Sunday afternoon, as the fell to the Ithaca Bombers by a 13-5 final score at Karl Steffen Park at Robison Field in the third game of the Liberty League Crossover Weekend. The Bombers – who won two of the three games in the series – improve their record to 25-14 with a 12-6 mark in the Liberty League, while RPI finishes their season with a 25-15-1 mark with an 11-6 record in conference play.
