EMPAC and Rensselaer's Arts Department announce Reembodied Sound 2024: A Festival and Symposium on Transducer-based Music and Sonic Art, to be held February 2-3. The two-day symposium offers public events for composers, sound artists, scholars, researchers, engineers, and audiences to jointly investigate issues of aesthetics, ethnography, technical design, compositional techniques, and pedagogy. All activities are free. Online registration is open through January 19.
