CANTON, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) field hockey team stood tall for 45 minutes before junior Lauren McCarthy put home the lone goal of the game as the Engineers took a 1-0 victory over the St. Lawrence Saints in Liberty League action on Sunday.
