Jonny Angbazo of the Rensselaer men's basketball team has been named the 2023-24 Liberty League Men's Basketball Player of the Year. Angbazo also received first team All-Liberty League and first team NABC District III accolades this season after leading the Engineers with 14.6 points per game. The Engineers also saw Avery Eugster take home second team All-Liberty League honors after the forward finished second on the team in scoring and rebounding, logging 12.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.
