This special event will honor his enduring legacy with the unveiling of a New York State Historical Marker recognizing his remarkable contributions to engineering, landscape architecture, and the Troy community. The Unveiling Ceremony will take place at 11-11:45 a.m. at The Approach, followed by a reception from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at the Earl Chapel, Oakwood Cemetery.
