Date: 11/6/2025 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM Join us for an “Ask the Experts” session on getting started with a career in software engineering and development in partnership with the RPI Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD). The goal of this session is to help current students, upcoming graduates and alumni understand what to expect "day to day" in this career path, the different potential roles (e.g. coding, testing, architecture, project management), and how things are changing. This will largely be a Q&A session with some initial remarks upfront. We are very fortunate to have Jeffrey Wen ’13 (Computer & Systems Engineering) and Linjing Wen ’13 (MBA) leading this session, in partnership with members of the CCPD. We cannot thank them enough! While the program is generally geared toward upcoming and recent graduates (e.g., 0 - 5 years out of school), all are welcome to attend.
