In an effort to prevent spam attacks, effective 03/09/2026 the Zendesk ticketing system is requiring a one time email verification for each instance for those who submit requests and are not signed into the system. This new workflow will require anonymous (not signed‑in) individuals who submit requests to verify their email address before an active ticket is created.
