Rampado Named Semifinalist for HCA Award
Senior goaltender Amanda Rampado of the Rensselaer women's hockey program has been one of 11 goalies selected as a national semifinalist for the Women's Hockey Commissioners Association Goalie of the Year award. Rampado advances from a watch list of 28 goalies, with voting carried out by a panel of coaches, administrators, and media members from across the country. Three finalists from the remaining 11 semifinalists will be announced during the NCAA Frozen Four in Duluth.
Softball Team's 2023 Schedule Announced
TROY, N.Y. - The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) softball program begins the 2023 season in Arizona with 10 games in the Grand Canyon State beginning on on March 7 against a pair of first-time opponents. The Engineers, who are playing their 44th season, are led by 13th-year head coach Amber Maisonet.
Four Serving as Women's Lacrosse Captains
TROY, N.Y. - The 2023 Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's lacrosse team is being led by four captains in Sophie Goddard, Olivia Kimball, Rylie Maready, and Megan Shay. They are all seniors who represent three different position groups. Goddard plays defense, Kimball is a goalie, and Maready and Shay play midfield.
Men's Lacrosse 2023 Schedule Finalized
The Rensselaer men's lacrosse program begins the 2023 season on Saturday, February 18, when the Engineers travel to the United States Coast Guard Academy in Connecticut. The contest is the first of 15 for the Engineers, who are coming off a year in which it played in the NCAA Tournament.

Women's Swim & Dive Drop Pair at Hamilton
HAMILTON, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Women's Swimming and Diving team battled in the pool in a dual meet with Hamilton College and Tufts on Saturday. The Engineers fought, but fell to both squads as Hamilton topped RPI 150-92 while Tufts beat the Engineers 156-80 on the scoreboard.
