“The Architecture of Ecology” Monday, October 27th, 5:00p.m. est EMPAC Theater Rensselaer Architecture continues its fall 2025 lecture series Monday, October 27 at 5p.m. est with the lecture “The Architecture of Ecology” by Barry Wark. Born in Scotland, Barry Wark is an architect and designer who combines his New York-based design studio with research and teaching activities at the Weitzman School of Design, University of Pennsylvania.

10/29 Cognitive Science Colloquium: "Logic as Applied Mathematics" with Dr. Graham Priest

Please join the Cognitive Science Department on Wednesday, October 29th, at 12pm in Carnegie 113 for a presentation by Dr. Graham Priest titled "Logic as Applied Mathematics". Dr. Priest is currently Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at the Graduate Center, City University of New York, Boyce Gibson Professor Emeritus at the University of Melbourne, and has visiting positions at the Ruhr University of Bochum (Germany), Tohoku University (Japan), and Shandon University (China).

Webex Training Session with Jim Evans | Nov. 6

Join a remote training session on Thursday November 6th, 11am-noon, to explore the Webex application and its integration with Outlook and other productivity tools. You will learn key features, see how Webex enhances collaboration, and have your questions answered live.

This session is open to all members of the Rensselaer community and will be conducted via Webex.
