HR Professional Development Seminar, "Supervisory Essentials,” to be Held January 22

Date: Wednesday, January 22, 2025 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Managers and Supervisors will learn from each other and our Facilitators abou topics such as the Employee Value Proposition and Employee Experience and the six fundamental Leadership competencies at Rensselaer, as well as experience a “day in the life” of a Supervisor. The importance of managing employee performance, providing rewards and recognition, and employment law fundamentals and tools for building team capacity will also be explored.
