Rensselaer Faculty and Staff In Person Workshop - Reviewing Supported Whiteboarding Tools On Campus for Courses or Meetings

Date: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - In this workshop we will take a look at two DotCIO supported whiteboarding tools available on campus. The first, is working with the whiteboard feature in Webex. The second tool is in Box, called Canvas. This session will offer an overview on these two similar tools giving you an opportunity to learn a little more about them and potentially consider using them in your classroom or meeting space. 2026 Faculty and Staff Climate Survey Launched

The 2026 Faculty and Staff Climate Survey launched by email on April 2, 2026. Your honest and candid opinions about the environment at RPI and how it affects your ability to do you work and thrive, professionally and personally, are important. You will find a personal link to complete the survey in your email from President Schmidt. Nearly 50% of employees completed this survey in 2024 and so far, we have approximately 22% completed. Please submit the completely anonymous survey by April 30, 2026. If you have questions, please email OIRA at oira@rpi.edu.
