“Certifications & Skill Development in Percipio”
This course introduces the tools available in Percipio to support growth through certifications and skill benchmarks. You'll learn how to identify relevant certifications and use benchmark assessments to measure current knowledge. Perfect for employees and supervisors alike, this session will help you navigate the platform's upskilling features and align learning with career development objectives.

In this seminar, Managers and Supervisors will learn from each other and our Facilitators about important topics such as the Employee Value Proposition and Employee Experience, the six fundamental Leadership competencies at Rensselaer, and experience a “day in the life” of a Supervisor. In addition, the importance of managing employee performance, providing both rewards and recognition, employment law fundamentals and tools for building team capacity will be explored.

“Getting the Most Out of AI with Percipio”
This workshop introduces you to Percipio’s AI Chat, AI Skill Benchmarks, and interactive AI scenarios. You’ll learn how to navigate AI Chat to explore ideas, ask questions, and get quick support. You’ll also be shown how to access and complete AI Skill Benchmarks and use guided scenarios to practice applying Percipio’s AI features.
