The HelioCampus syllabus module is now available for faculty to access for the summer. Based on the requirements from the Provost's office, faculty should have their syllabi published in HelioCampus by June 1, 2026. HelioCampus will publish all syllabi automatically on June 8, 2026.

Date: Wednesday, April 29, 2026 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM - The AVS Hudson Mohawk Spring Meeting will be held on April 29th at RPI. The meeting features a keynote by Dr. Christine M. Mahoney (Corning R&D), researcher talks, and a student poster session. Topics include materials, interfaces, nanofabrication, energy, and bio-inspired systems. Abstracts are due April 15; registration by April 22.

The 2026 Faculty and Staff Climate Survey launched by email on April 2, 2026. Your honest and candid opinions about the environment at RPI and how it affects your ability to do you work and thrive, professionally and personally, are important. You will find a personal link to complete the survey in your email from President Schmidt. Nearly 50% of employees completed this survey in 2024 and so far, we have approximately 34% completed. The tools we will be discussing include iClicker and Slido. We will also take a quick look at the free version of Kahoot! (not supported on campus with license but fun!).
