We will spend some time on each of these 3 approaches, discussing the concept of each and looking at examples to help you think about how you might be able to incorporate the approach into your class. This workshop introduces the core principles of performance coaching, including how to identify and evaluate performance gaps, set effective goals, and lead the RPI MAX performance process. Participants will also explore practical tools for building strong, high‑performing teams.

CASE is an institute wide research center designing, developing and translating next generation technology for a healthy and resilient built environment. This $25,000 grant will directly support a 1 year research project to address the research goals designated by CASE: Climate Adaptation, Circular Economies, Environmental Intelligence and Planetary Health. The grant is designed to foster interdisciplinary and cross-institution collaboration and enhance competitiveness for external funding.
