RPI Announces Record Year of Giving for Lacrosse Programs

TROY, N.Y. — Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) announced today a record-setting year of philanthropic support for its lacrosse programs, as alumni, families, and friends united behind ambitious priorities that elevate the student-athlete experience and strengthen competitive excellence across both Women's and Men's Lacrosse. Fueled by an unprecedented anonymous multi-year gift of $500,000, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's lacrosse programs took another step toward national prominence in 2025.

Men's Cross Country Logs Best Finish in Program History at NCAA Championship

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's cross country team capped off a historic season with its best-ever team finish at the NCAA Division III National Championship, placing fifth out of 32 scoring teams at the national meet held at Milliken Research Park in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Engineers tallied three All-America performances and a tightly packed scoring group to close out a landmark day for the program.

Engineers Host #5 Cornell

TROY, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women's hockey team battled hard against #5 Cornell on Saturday afternoon, but an early three-goal outburst by the nationally-ranked visitors proved too much to overcome as the Engineers fell 4–1 at Houston Field House.
