Division of Human Resources Professional Development Workshop: "4 Steps to Effective Communication: Extended DISC"

Our success, both personally and professionally, is largely determined by our ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people. In this workshop, participants will receive individualized Extended DISC reports (based on the completion of the Extended DISC questionnaire) that reflect both their “natural” and “adjusted” behavioral styles and learn strategies which promote successful interactions with others.

These interactions, especially the tough ones, often involve intensely personal feelings (on both sides) that have an impact on the practical outcome of the conversation and the personal connection between the leader and the person.
